The Columbia County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) will be at National Night Out on August 5!  They will be doing two activities.  First, Deputy Darrell Ward is bringing K-9 Deputy Maverick to do a demonstration.  The demonstration will begin at 6:15 p.m. at the basketball courts near the Lodi Elementary School (101 School Street).  K-9 Deputy Maverick is a German Shepherd dog and is trained as a dual purpose K-9.  For more information on the CCSO's K-9 Unit, you can visit their website here.

In addition, CCSO will be providing a "Golf Card & Goggles" activity from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Lodi Elementary School.  Participants will learn why drunk driving is so serious!  We hope you can try it out.

See you on August 5!
